Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been produced and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping to Canada and internationally. Delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 3-10 business days after production
- United States: 5-12 business days after production
- International: 10-20 business days after production
Total delivery time = Production time (2-7 days) + Shipping time
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at oilmoney1905@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot modify addresses once production has begun. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at oilmoney1905@gmail.com
International Orders International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
